  Swami was a manager with a small restaurant. The restaurant was one of the best places to work for. The environment was just like home and everyone knew and called each other by their first names. There were hardly seven staff members including the cook, security, service staff etc. There was no standardized "job description" as it was not required (and feasible) in such a small set up.
