।।જય શ્રી રામ ।। જ્ઞાન યોગ જ્ઞાન યોગ એટલે બૌદ્ધિક દ્રષ્ટિએ કૈક શીખવું એવો શાબ્દિક અર્થ વાળો યોગ નહિ. અહીં જ્ઞાન એટલે બ્રહ્મ (બ્રમ્હા, વિષ્ણુ, મહેશ વાળા બ્રમ્હા નહિ - બ્રહ્મ એટલે મૂળ વાસ્તવિકતા અથવા રૂપ, ગૂણ અને રૂપ રહિત ઈશ્વર નું સ્વરૂપ જેની સારી એવી વાત જગદ ગુરુ આદિ શંકરાચાર્યજી એ કરી હતી - જેને ટૂંકમાં આપણે અંતિમ વાસ્તવિકતા સ્વરૂપે વ્યાખ્યાયિત કરીશું), આત્મા અને તેમના સંબંધ / એકતા ની વાત સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન (દા.ત.એ બંને કેવી રીતે અલગ જણાવા છતાં એક જ છે).  જ્ઞાન યોગ એટલે "હું કોણ છું?" અને "હું શું છું?" જેવા પ્રશ્નોનો જવાબ ગોતવો. ભક્તિ હૃદયથી થાય છે. ભક્તિ પ્રેમ થકી થાય છે. જયારે જ્ઞાન માર્ગી તર્ક, બુદ્ધિ અને જ્ઞાન નો ઉપયોગ કરી શું વાસ્તવિક છે અને શું અવાસ્તવિક, શું કાયમી છે અને શું સતત બદલાઈ રહ્યું છે , જેવા વિષયો પાર્ક ચિંતન કરે છે.  જ્ઞાન માર્ગીઓ સામાન્યતઃ અદ્વૈત વેદાંતના સિદ્ધાંતોને વરેલા હોય છે. એમના માટે માત્ર બ્રહ્મ જ એક અંતિમ વાસ્તવિકતા હોય છે અને જગત મિથ્યા હોય છે. ભક્તિ માર્ગે ચાલનારા લોકો ભગવાન અને પોતાને  અલગ અલગ માને છે. એમના માટે ભગવાન સાથેનો એમનો સંબંદ

કર્મ યોગ  પેહલાતો યોગ શબ્દ નો અર્થ સમજીએ. યોગ શબ્દ મૂળભૂત સંસ્કૃત શબ્દ "યુજ" પરથી આવેલો છે, જેનો સામાન્ય ભાષામાં અર્થ થાય છે 'ની સાથે જોડાવું'. યોગનો અર્થ થાય છે ભગવાન સાથે એકાકાર થવું. યોગનો અભ્યાસ એ ઈશ્વર સાથે એકાકાર થવાનો એક માર્ગ છે.  'ક્રિ' એ મૂળભૂત સંસ્કૃત શબ્દ છે જેનો અર્થ થાય છે "કાર્ય કરવું". શારીરિક, મન અને માનોવૈજ્ઞાનિક ધોરણે જે પણ કરવામાં આવે (વિચારવામાં પણ આવે) એનો સમાવિષ્ટ પણ કર્મમાં થઇ જતો હોય છે. એમ કહી શકાય કે કર્મ યોગ એટલે પોતાના કર્મો થકીજ ઈશ્વર પ્રાપ્તિ (મોક્ષ) કરવાનો એક માર્ગ (જો તમે અદ્વૈતવાદી હોવ તો 'સ્વ' ને જાણવાંનો એક માર્ગ). જો એને સાદાઈ થી સમજવું હોય તો આપણા કર્મ થકીજ કાયમી શાંતિ મેળવવાનો એક આધ્યાત્મિક માર્ગ એટલે કર્મ યોગ.  કર્મ ચાર રીતે ઉપાર્જિત થાય છે: ૧. વિચારો થકી  ૨. સાચા વલણ વાળા શબ્દો થકી  ૩. આપણે જે પણ કઈ કામ કરીએ એ થકી ૪. આપણી સૂચનાઓ પ્રમાણે બીજા જે કામ કરે એના થકી  કર્મ યોગ એટલે મોક્ષ મેળવવાની એક વિદ્યા શાખા (પદ્ધતિ). સનાતન ધર્મમાં જે ચાર આધ્યાત્મિક માર્ગ છે, એમનો આ એક માર્ગ છે. બીજા માર્ગોના નામ આ મુજબ છે

નવધા ભક્તિ ભાગ - ૨  Image Source:  (30) According to you, which is the best form of devotion to God? - Quora ભક્તિ શબ્દ 'ભજ' નામના મૂળભૂત શબ્દ પરથી આવેલો છે, જેનો અર્થ થાય છે કોઈ પણ શરતો વગર સેવા કરવી. એનો અર્થ થાય છે સર્વશ્રેઠ ભગવાન તરફ પ્રેમ પૂર્વક જવું . એ ઉત્સાહ થી પ્રતીત થાય છે અને ઉત્કૃષ્ટ થાય છે ન્યાયપૂર્ણ વર્તણુક થકી.  શ્રીમદ ભાગવત પુરાણમાં શ્રી પ્રહલાદ મહારાજ પોતાના પિતા હિરણ્ય કસ્યપને આ અંગે વાત કરે છે (૭.૫.૨૩) ચાલો આપણે પણ આ નવધા ભક્તિ નો આસ્વાદ માણીએ: ૧. શ્રવણ: શ્રવણ એટલે ભગવાનના દિવ્ય નામ ને સાંભળવું, એમની લીલા, એમના ગુણ, એમના કાર્યો અંગે સાંભળવું. આવું કરવાથી ભક્તિ ભાવ જાગૃત થાય છે અને આધ્યમિકતાનો માર્ગ મોકળો થાય છે. આધ્યાત્મિક પુસ્તકો જેવાકે શ્રી રામચરિત માણસ, શ્રી વિષ્ણુ પુરાણ, શ્રીમદ્ ભાગવત, શ્રી ગીતાજી, રામાયણ વગેરેને સાંભળવાથી જટિલ પ્રશ્નો ના ઉત્તરની પ્રાપ્તિ થાય છે જેવા કે લોકો દુઃખી કેમ છે? જીવનનું મૂળભૂત ધ્યેય શું છે? ભગવાન નું અસ્તિત્વ છે ખરું? મૃત્યુ પછી શું?  શ્રવણ ભક્તિ અંગે ભગવાન શ્રી કૃષ્ણ ગીતાજી માં કહે છે કે, "તમને ગુરુના ચરણોમાં આદર પૂર્વક નમ

નવધા ભક્તિ (રામચરિતમાનસ આધારિત) ભગવાન પ્રત્યે સમર્પણ દેખાડવું એટલે ભક્તિ. ભક્તિ એટલે 'સ્વ' ની ઓળખ, એવા 'સ્વ' ની ઓળખ, જેનો તમને પરિચય હોવા છતાં નથી. ભક્તિ એટલે મોક્ષ મેળવનાનો અને ઈશ્વર સાથે એકાકાર થવાનો એક ઉત્તમ અને સરળ માર્ગ.  સંસ્કૃત શબ્દ 'નવવિધ' પરથી નવધા ભક્તિ શબ્દ બન્યો છે. એનો અર્થ થાય છે નવ પ્રકારની અથવા નવ ભાગમાં વહેચાયેલી ભક્તિ. ભક્તિ એટલે પ્રેમ.  સનાતન ધર્મમાં મોક્ષ મેળવવાના ઘણા રસ્તા છે. ભક્તિ તેમનો એક છે. બીજા રસ્તાઓ જેવાકે જ્ઞાન માર્ગ, કર્મ માર્ગ અને યોગ નો માર્ગ પણ છે.  અહીં જે વિવરણ છે તે રામચરિતમાનસ ના આધારે લખાયું છે. વૈષ્ણવ સંપ્રદાય માં આ પ્રકારની ભક્તિ નો વધુ પ્રચાર અને પ્રસાર થયો છે. નવધા ભક્તિ બે યુગ માં બે અલગ અલગ વાર કેહવાઈ છે. સતયુગ માં પ્રહલાદ મહારાજે પિતા હિરણ્યકશિપુ ને અને ત્રેતાયુગ માં શ્રી રામે શબરી ને આ અંગે કહ્યું હતું (રામચરતીમાનસ અરણ્ય કાંડ). જોકે આ બંને વચ્ચે થોડો તફાવત જોવા મળે છે.  માતા શબરીએ જયારે ભગવાન શ્રી રામ ને કહ્યું કે હૂતો નીચ, અધમ અને મંદબુદ્ધિ છું, તો તમારી સ્તુતિ કેવી રીતે કરું? એના જવાબ માં ભગવાન કહે છે કે હું તો મા
